Missions :

You will have a key role and responsibility for accelerating our commercial growth by wearing several hats, both strategic, managerial and operational. Your missions will be the following:

• Leading, training, managing and driving the sales team to achieve their objectives

• Follow up your portfolio of key accounts

• Apply our sales policy and disseminate our values internally and externally

• Ensure that margin objectives are met by supervising the pricing team

• Validate all customer account openings and ensure customer follow-up and collection of receivables when they exceed the deadlines set by the financial department

• Maintain a balanced budget for the sales department

• Develop performance indicators and monitor performance

• Carry out market studies, budget and analyze the profitability of proposed projects in collaboration with internal specialized departments

• Ensure a constant competitive intelligence

Profile required:

You have the soul of a leader and an entrepreneur: you wish to participate in the construction of a successful commercial pole!

Able to lead your team to success, you motivate and unite your troops day after day, ensuring their well-being but also boosting their performance and efficiency.

Your excellent interpersonal skills, your sense of teamwork, your ability to adapt and your thoroughness will make you a successful and appreciated sales manager. We expect solid skills:

> A perfect mastery of the specificities of the transport commission.

> Mastery of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

> At least 10 years experience in the sale of transport solutions. Ideally in an international environment.

> Experience as a manager of a team of at least 10 people.

> Fluency in English.
